• You are making a booking with the hotel directly.

• Please review the booking and cancellation policies for the bookings.

• In case you make a change or cancel the booking, the cancellation penalties* specified may apply.

• You may be asked to furnish the form of payment and identification proofs during check-in.

• Other inclusions not listed as a part of this booking may be chargeable.

• Standard Check-In Time : 10.00 AM & Standard Check-Out Time : 09.00 AM

• Confirmation will be provided on receipt of 50% of the total amount.

• The Balance amount is to be paid on or before check-in.

• The reservation is non cancellable.

• Any Modification or Changes to the reservation to be made 15 days prior to check-in.

• The modifications and changes are subject to availability.

• Valid Government Issued ID Card is required for Check-In for all guests.

• Washing Machine for Studio Apartments is available in Common Area Only.

• Lift / Elevator is available upto the Second Floor only.

• Studio Apartment is accessible by 1 flight of Stairs.

• We are not responsible for loss of any personal belongings of the guest.

• The cost of any damages or loss to the property will be recovered.

• Illegal Activities involving gambling & use of drugs / weapons / explosives is not allowed.

• The Management reserves the right for admission/eviction.
